Prabhakar Azad is a veteran HR professional in the real estate industry with over 26 years of experience.

A boomeranger, Prabhakar Azad is a Chief People and Process Officer at the Ashwin Sheth Group and he has been instrumental in inducting the exceptional senior leadership talent pool and integrating best people practices in the company.  Leading the Group’s HR function, in the capacity of CPPO, Prabhakar’s perseverance has led the Company to be recognized as a growth-enabling and career-nurturing organization. Prabhakar has introduced the best policies, processes and procedures for the employees and, a technology-driven recruitment approach whose benefits are been seen with the best policies benchmarked to global standards.

Prior to this, he was associated with the foremost companies and has held senior positions such as Sahiti Group as CHRO, a division of Turner Construction Company as Global Head – HR (across South East Asia, India, Europe, America, Caribbean and Middle East), Lavasa Corporation Limited & its 30+SPV’s as Group Head – HR, a division of Hindustan Construction Company, Atos Syntel to name a few. He has implemented tech models like SAP – HR, RAMCO HR, FARVISION, GREYTIP, ORACLE, and HR- MANTRA in his previous organizations. He has immense expertise in internal and international mobility.

A mentor and influential leader, Prabhakar is a recipient of numerous awards and accolades like Most Iconic HR Leader by EIILM KOLKATA, Times Ascent, and World HRD Congress to name a few. He is a sought-after speaker at national-level HR conclaves, forums, media and management schools. He is a Certified Sr. HR Assessor for the CII – National HR Excellence Award and he was also a member of AMCHAM India.

Alumni of Cornell University, Prabhakar has done his MBA in Human Resources from J.D.C.Bytco Institute of Management Studies. He is a Black Belt, Dan 2 in Full Contact Karate from the world’s toughest club Ashihara Kai–Kan Dojo and also an avid traveler.

Mr Bhavik Bhandari is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) at Ashwin Sheth Group.

Leading the Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Corporate Communications, and CRM functions, he brings over 20+ of comprehensive experience spanning Sales, Marketing, CRM, Operations, Business Development, and Strategy.

His professional journey includes tenures at esteemed real estate organizations such as Puravankara, Kanakia Spaces, Radius Developers, Kalpataru Limited, and Raheja Universal. Mr. Bhandari’s proficiency extends across multiple industries: advertising, real estate, education, retail, and logistics. His core competencies include Brand Management, P&L management, Sales Operations, Innovative Distribution Strategies, Customer-centric initiatives, Product Development, Change Management, and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bhandari has orchestrated award-winning thematic marketing campaigns across commercial and residential real estate. He has also spearheaded strategic customer initiatives, loyalty programs, and first-possession experience programs. Passionate about real estate, luxury, design’s transformative potential, and brand building, he serves as a mentor and a sought-after speaker on various media platforms.

Mr. Bhandari is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Commerce, with specialized advanced training in Sales and Marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai. Beyond his professional endeavours, he indulges in reading, and travel, and has an affinity for music and cinema.

Ms Gauri Tandle is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Ashwin Sheth Group. In her current role, Ms. Tandle oversees the finance-related processes of the Ashwin Sheth Group, a prominent real estate company.

She has an extensive experience in the real estate industry. With a career spanning over twenty-seven years, she has held various leadership positions and demonstrated exceptional expertise in finance, corporate functions, and strategic financial management.

Before this, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Suraj Estate Group and was responsible for the financial operations.  She has held different leadership positions at Bhairaav Group, Basar Group of companies, Prabhat Group of Companies, and Essel Group, for the last twenty-seven years. In her earlier responsibility, she played a vital role in the Initial Public Offering and subsequently in various other financial transformation journeys such as simplification, straight-through processes, and improved cash management. She possesses exceptional in M&A spin-offs, debt syndication, structured finance products related to real estate businesses, and corporate functions are exceptional.

Ms. Tandle is undoubtedly an established financial officer with extensive and rich experience including shareholder value creation, ESG, and corporate governance, business partnering, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting. Gauri Tandle is a student of Commerce from Mumbai University, is also a cost accountant and has an MBA in finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Management Institute, Mumbai.

Gauri Tandle’s career trajectory showcases her as a distinguished financial leader who has made significant contributions to the real estate sector and demonstrated expertise across various financial domains. Her rich experience and commendable achievements have undoubtedly earned her a reputable position as a Chief Financial Officer in the real estate industry.

Outside of her professional endeavours, she is an avid reader and a passionate enthusiast of the equity market.

An Architect with Master’s Degree in Urban Design, Sanjeev Agarwal has over 25 years of experience and expertise in the field of Architectural Design, Interior Architecture and Landscape Design of several large-scale projects.

Sanjeev has recently joined Ashwin Sheth Group and he will be heading the design vertical of residential and commercial projects. He will be directing the design team in achieving design excellence, client servicing and adding value to the brand.

Prior to this, he was associated with renowned listed real estate companies such as Prestige Estates, Sunteck Realty, Oberoi Realty, Phoenix Mills and consultancy firms like Nisheil Shetty Consultants, and Shilpa & Gaurish Chandawarkar Architects, to name a few. His professional testimony is the successful delivery of projects with fresh design ideas. He firmly believes that the success of a project lies primarily in client satisfaction & and the key to achieving the same is through detail in design and delivering on time, while meeting the allocated outlay and being sensitive to society and the environment.

His expertise is in architecture including high-end and affordable residential developments, office buildings, mixed-use developments, and retail spaces. He has curated award-winning projects and is known for his innovative concepts, planning, strategy and delivery in the design practice.

An instrumental leader, he has earned his B. Arch from Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai, M. Arch from Rachana Sansad Institute of Urban & Regional Planning, Mumbai and Diploma in Business Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Beyond work, he loves to read and write!

Chief Technical Officer

Amol Redij has over 29 years of vast experience in Real Estate Liaisoning. He joined Ashwin Sheth Group in 2022 as Chief Technical Officer and he is responsible for obtaining various approvals required for executing Real Estate projects.

Prior to this, he worked with prominent real estate companies like Ahuja Constructions, Phoenix Market City (Mumbai), Lodha Developers, Parinee Realty, Tata Housing and DB Realty to name a few. He has immense experience in Liaisoning and has strong leadership skills. His expertise is in obtaining approvals from various Departments of the Government of Maharashtra (i.e., Environment and Climate Control, Urban Development, Housing and Revenue), Civil Aviation, CRZ and various departments of B.M.C. & T.M.C.

He is actively involved in CREDAI-MCHI and was a part of the coordination with the Airport Authority of India for resolving the issue of height restriction in OLS Limit. As a part of the CREDAI-MCHI Team, he also contributed to the formulation of documentation for E.O.D.B. (Ease of Doing Business). For that, Amol was felicitated by the then Honorable Municipal Commissioner of B.M.C. Mr. Ajoy Mehta.

Amol has done his Civil Engineering from V.J.T.I. Mumbai.

Legal proficient with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Vatsal Shah is taking care of the group’s real estate transactions and also responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements, handling litigation and compliances and managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.

A reputable lawyer has broad experience in real estate, finance, IPR and has held multiple leadership positions. In the past, he has worked with leading real estate companies and law firms such as India Bulls Real Estate, Adani, Naik Naik & Co., Advani & Co. and Doijode Associates to name a few. He is fervent about Real Estate Transactions & documentation, Litigation, Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, Legal Research and Legal Writing. He is a mentor to many promising legal professionals.

As a legal professional, he has represented many Builders, Developers, Media houses and HNIs in their transactions, due diligence, documentation and litigations and represented more than 8 Societies in their redevelopment projects across Mumbai. Mr. Vatsal Shah has also accomplished the due diligence, acquisition and security creation of more than 10,000 Acres of land across India.

Mr. Vatsal Shah has done his B.S.L LL.B., Diploma in Corporate Law and Diploma in Medical Jurisprudence from ILS Law College, Pune. He is an enthusiastic learner, avid traveler and loves watching movies in his free time.

A notable leader, Bhupinder Singh Dhanoa is a versatile real estate professional with over 30 years of industry experience in India. He is heading the Business Development and Strategy vertical at Ashwin Sheth Group, and he is closely working with the CMD, Mr Ashwin Sheth.  

Bhupinder Singh has immense experience in Techno Commercial Activities like Land Acquisition, Expert in DCR and Development Policies, creating feasibility Studies for Projects, Financial Analysis, and making reports for decision-making on Real Estate Investments. Prior to joining ASG, he was associated with F E Dinshaw Trust (The Wadia Group) as C.O.O where he was overlooking the group’s land parcels across India. He also worked with Viceroy Properties, Dheeraj Realty and Narang Realty as VP – Business Development. Working with various enterprises, he has managed teams and collaborated across multiple geographies. 

He possesses a strong sense of business and strategic acumen that allows him to discover opportunities and keep pace with the dynamism of the real estate industry. An eminent name in the industry, Bhupinder has crafted end-to-end real estate solutions and executed large-scale transactions focused on long-term growth and maximized value. He has also planned different development modules for large-scale commercial, residential, schools, and hospitals on the land and filed matters before various authorities to win over complex issues related to land.

A Business Management Graduate, he has done his Post Graduation Diploma from MVIDRC Institute.  He is also an active speaker at numerous real estate Knowledge series, forums & conferences.
