Over his distinguished career trajectory of over 2 decades, he has demonstrated remarkable proficiency in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, operations, business development, and strategic planning.

His professional journey includes tenures at esteemed real estate organizations such as Puravankara, Kanakia Spaces, Radius Developers, Kalpataru Limited, and Raheja Universal. Mr. Bhandari’s proficiency extends across multiple industries, encompassing advertising, real estate, education, retail, and logistics. His core competencies include brand management, P&L management, Sales Operations, innovative distribution strategies, customer-centric initiatives, product development, change management, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bhandari has orchestrated award-winning thematic marketing campaigns across commercial and residential real estate. He has also spearheaded strategic customer initiatives, loyalty programs, and first-possession experience programs, among others. Passionate about real estate, luxury, design’s transformative potential, and brand building, he serves as a mentor and a sought-after speaker on various media platforms.
